Welcome to SoleDawn. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.
1. General
This store (https://soledawn.com) is operated by SoleDawn. We may update these terms at any time; changes take effect when posted on the site. It is your responsibility to review the current terms.
2. Orders
Orders may be placed by adults (18+) who are legally able to enter contracts and pay with a supported payment method.
Order steps:
- Choose a product and add it to your cart.
- Enter your personal and shipping details.
- Choose a payment method and confirm payment.
- Receive an order confirmation by email.
An order confirmation is not final acceptance. We may cancel an order for lack of stock, pricing error, suspected fraud, or other reason, at our sole discretion. The order is final only after payment is confirmed and stock is available.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in USD. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We currently accept payment via PayPal. We may change product prices at any time without notice. The price that applies is the price shown when you confirm the order. You are charged when the order is confirmed.
4. Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. US delivery typically takes 4-9 business days after dispatch, with tracking. We currently ship to the United States only.
US shipping: free on every order.
Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or customs checks. Business-day estimates exclude weekends and holidays. Delays from carriers, weather, or force majeure are outside our control. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Costs from a wrong address are yours.
5. Returns, cancellations, and the 60-day guarantee
Where Israeli consumer law applies, you may cancel and return unused goods within 14 days of receipt, subject to statutory conditions (original packaging, unused, proof of purchase; some item types may be excluded by law). Statutory return shipping is usually the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
Cancellation under statute: email us at support@soledawn.com with your order details. A statutory cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction or NIS 100 (whichever is lower) may apply under Israeli law. That fee is not charged when you use our 60-day money-back guarantee below.
Orders not yet dispatched can be cancelled by email to support@soledawn.com for a full refund, with no fee.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied, request a full refund within 60 days of delivery by emailing support@soledawn.com, with your order number. No prior exchange is required and you do not need to send the item back. Refunds go to the original payment method within about 5-7 business days.
Free size exchange: If the size does not fit, contact us within 60 days of delivery by emailing support@soledawn.com and we will send a new size at no cost when available. You keep the original pair. If the size is out of stock, we issue a full refund instead.
6. Intellectual property
All site content (design, text, images, video, logos, and code) belongs to SoleDawn or licensed owners. Do not copy, redistribute, or use it commercially without prior written permission.
7. Liability
Products are covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee as described above and in the Refund Policy. The guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear, or intentional harm. SoleDawn is not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-income damages from use or inability to use the products.
8. Privacy

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is with the competent courts in the Holon / Tel Aviv District.
