Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Times:

As we ship directly from our suppliers, please allow:

US delivery typically takes 4-9 business days after dispatch, with tracking (shipped with YunExpress through our fulfilment partner CJdropshipping). Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays, peak seasons or customs checks.

• We currently ship to the United States only.

Shipping Costs:

US orders: $5.95 shipping on orders under $88; free shipping on orders of $88 or more.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Shipping Delays:

• We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it at every step.
• If we cannot dispatch your order within the 1–3 business day processing time, we will email you with a new expected dispatch date. You can then choose to wait or cancel for a full refund to your original payment method.
• If your order has not arrived 9 business days after dispatch, email us at support@soledawn.com with your order number. We will check with the carrier and either reship your order or refund it, in line with our 60-day money-back guarantee and Refund Policy.

Order Cancellation:

• To cancel, email support@soledawn.com with your order number before your order is dispatched.
• Orders that have not been dispatched yet are cancelled with a full refund to PayPal (your original payment method).
• Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but our 60-day money-back guarantee still applies: you can request a full refund within 60 days of delivery, and no return is needed. See our Refund Policy.
