What if my order is late?
We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, and US delivery typically takes 4-9 business days after dispatch; holidays and peak seasons can add time. If your order hasn't arrived 9 business days after dispatch, email us at support@soledawn.com with your order number. We'll check with the carrier and either reship your order or refund it.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't been dispatched yet. Email support@soledawn.com with your order number, and we'll cancel it with a full refund to PayPal. Once an order has been dispatched, it can't be cancelled, but our 60-day money-back guarantee still applies: request a full refund within 60 days of delivery, with no return needed.
