Accessibility Statement

SoleDawn wants everyone to be able to shop on soledawn.com comfortably, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control or keyboard-only navigation.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is our goal, not a certification: we have not had the site formally audited, and we do not claim full conformance.
What we do
- Our store is built on Shopify's Dawn theme, which is designed with accessibility in mind. It includes keyboard navigation with visible focus states, a "skip to content" link, semantic headings and landmarks, labelled form fields and buttons, and layouts that work when you zoom the page.
- We aim to give product images descriptive alt text and to keep text readable, with clear colour contrast.
- We write product information, prices, shipping times and policies in plain text on the page, not only inside images.
- When we find an accessibility problem, or you tell us about one, we work to fix it.
Known limitations
Some parts of the site come from third-party apps and services, such as the product bundle selector, the cart drawer, product reviews, the email sign-up pop-up, order tracking and the PayPal checkout. We do not fully control how these are built, and some of them may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Some older images or PDFs, such as our printable guides, may also not be fully accessible yet.
