SoleDawn currently ships to the United States only, and all prices are in USD.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. US delivery typically takes 4-9 business days after dispatch, with tracking (shipped with YunExpress through our fulfilment partner CJdropshipping). Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or peak seasons.

Shipping delays
We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If we can't dispatch your order within 1-3 business days, we'll email you with a new expected dispatch date, and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund. If your order hasn't arrived 9 business days after dispatch, email us at support@soledawn.com with your order number. We'll check with the carrier and either reship your order or refund it.
Order cancellation
To cancel, email support@soledawn.com with your order number before your order is dispatched, and we'll cancel it with a full refund to PayPal. Once an order has been dispatched, it can't be cancelled, but our 60-day money-back guarantee still applies: request a full refund within 60 days of delivery, with no return needed.
